Kobbari-Mamidikaya pachadi


This one is mixture of coconut and raw mango. One of must chutneys in hot Summer with delicious our mangoes :) I love adding hing to everything due to the aroma it renders You can avoid it if you find it not so good
INGREDIENTS :-
Kobbari /Coconut :- half coconut shell (coconut scarped out from it)
Raw mango :- 1 small cut into pieces
Green chillies :- 4-5(adjust)
Salt :- as required
Oil :- 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves :- 4-5
For Tempering/seasoning :-
Urad Dal :- 1 teaspoon
chana dal:- 1 teaspoon
jeera :- 1 teaspoon
aavalu/mustard seeds :- 1 teaspoon
Dry Chillies :- 2-3
Curry leaves :- 2-3
Hing :- a pinch
METHOD :-
  1. In a pan add oil and allow it to heat.
  2. Add all the seasoning ingredients, curry leaves and hing and allow them to splutter Keep aside
  3. Add half of seasoning to mixi jar and add coconut, raw mango pieces and salt. Grind them well.
  4. Take them into container and add seasoning as toppings.
  5. Eat with hot rice with ghee :)
