This one is mixture of coconut and raw mango. One of must chutneys in hot Summer with delicious our mangoes :) I love adding hing to everything due to the aroma it renders You can avoid it if you find it not so good
INGREDIENTS :-
Kobbari /Coconut :- half coconut shell (coconut scarped out from it)
Raw mango :- 1 small cut into pieces
Green chillies :- 4-5(adjust)
Salt :- as required
Oil :- 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves :- 4-5
For Tempering/seasoning :-
Urad Dal :- 1 teaspoon
chana dal:- 1 teaspoon
jeera :- 1 teaspoon
aavalu/mustard seeds :- 1 teaspoon
Dry Chillies :- 2-3
Curry leaves :- 2-3
Hing :- a pinch
METHOD :-
- In a pan add oil and allow it to heat.
- Add all the seasoning ingredients, curry leaves and hing and allow them to splutter Keep aside
- Add half of seasoning to mixi jar and add coconut, raw mango pieces and salt. Grind them well.
- Take them into container and add seasoning as toppings.
- Eat with hot rice with ghee :)
