This one was an inspiration from a dish at Our place restaurant in Hyderabad.Its one awesome restaurant which has nice music and candle light dinners :) .I made this dish along with refreshing roohafza . For this dish you can use any vegetable carrots,beans,potatoes even brinjal . Here is the recipe
INGREDIENTS :-
Aloo:- 1/2cup (long thin sliced)
Carrot ;- 1/2cup ('' )
Beans :- 1/2cup (' ')
Matar :-1/2 cup (' ')
Capsicum (any color) :- 1/2 cup (' ')
Pepper corns :- 2 -3 teaspoons (adjust)
Green chilles :2-3 slit length wise
Garlic :- 10-12 flakes
Olive oil :- 1 tablespoon
Salt :- as required
Coriander :chopped, for dressing
METHOD :
- Take a deep frying pan,add olive oil.
- Add all the vegetables one by one and add salt.
- Close the lid until they become tender soft.
- Do not add water.
- Meanwhile grind together pepper corns and garlic and add this ground mixture to stir fried vegetbles and again close the lid.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Eat hot with chapathis :)
