Stuffed Conical Papad

This recipe makes a wonderful dish for snacks especially when there kids around . I am fan of papads, butter chillies etc and these are must when we cook plain dal at home. :)

INGREDIENTS
Papads :- 3
Tomato :- chopped 1 cup
Onions :- chopped 1 cup
Green chillies :- 3-4 green chillies (chopped finely)
Garlic cloves :- 4-5 (chopped finely)
Paneer :- shredded (½ cup)
Badam :- 4-5 (peeled)
kaju :- 4-5
Salt :- as required
Chat masala :- a pinch
Butter/Olive oil :- 1 tablespoon
METHOD :-
  1. Heat olive oil/butter in a pan and sizzle garlic
  2. Add chopped onions,green chillies , badam and cashew and fry them till golden brown
  3. Add chopped tomatoes,shredded paneer , salt and allow them to cook
  4. Add chat masala and stir for a minute
  5. Now take the papad. Cut from the center until the circumference and fold in a conical shape
  6. Wet the papad at the conical end so that they stick to each other
  7. Now using tongs heat the papas directly on the flame till its cooked
  8. Now stuff the above mixture in the cone
  9. Serve hot :D
