Pesara Idly

This high protein packed snack makes good breakfast. Its different than normal Idly. An alternative is you can break idly to pieces and make it upma too by adding little tadka and onions. Just imagine...vedi vedi idly...neyyi and kobbari chutney.... gosh !! I am already hungry :P
INGREDIENTS
Green gram /Pesalu :- ½ cup
Moong dal / Pesara pappu :- ½ cup
Urad Dal /Minapappu :- ½ cup
Idly Ravva :- 1 cup
Green chillies :- 3-4
Corainder/Kothimeera :- ½ bunch
Ginger/Allam :- a small piece
 METHOD:
  1.  Wash Green Gram,Moong dal,Urad dal well and soak them overnight.
  2. Soak Idly ravva overnight in a separate container.
  3. Grind together Green Gram,Moong dal and urad dal to form smooth paste.
  4. Add soaked Idly ravva to it.
  5. Grind together green chillies,Coriander,Ginger and mix with the batter.
  6. Add enough salt.
  7. Place the batter on idly mould and steam for 10 min.
  8. Have it with coconut chutney or groundnut chutney.
