Eggless Chocolate Mousse

This I made for my birthday Feb. 9th and again on Valentine’s Day Feb 14th because my hubby dear loved it!!!! Plus what more can be more romantic than chocolate on V-day.  We being strict vegetarians did not add egg into this.  But at the end it came out well.  It tasted the same as we ate in restaurant:  D.
INGREDIENTS:-
Milk cream:  - 2 cups (I used Amul milk cream small pack)
Drinking chocolate powder:  - 2 ½ tablespoons (can be adjusted depending on you want it to be dark chocolate, normal chocolate).
Cocoa powder:  - 1 tablespoon (again it can be adjusted)
Vanilla essence:  - 4-5 drops.
Cadbury dairy milk:  - 2 (10 Rs chocolates)
Sugar:  - 3 tablespoons (can be adjusted according to taste)
METHOD:-
  1. Take the Milk cream into a container and heat it on the stove.  Do not bring to boil

  2. Alternatively melt the Cadbury chocolate (I melted it in oven)

  3. Add the chocolate powder, cocoa powder, sugar to the cream and mix it well till you get the right consistency.

  4. Add vanilla essence and ½ of the melted Cadbury

  5. (remaining I used for dressing at the end. You could use all the melted Cadbury too).

  6. Adjust anything if needed (Sugar, chocolate powder etc)

  7. Switch off the stove and let it cool for some time and place it in deep fridge for 30 min. (make sure it won’t freeze)

  8. While serving I dressed it with remaining melted Cadbury. You can dress it with cream or strawberry or any other fruit or nuts too
