Rice-Pasta bake


We wanted to eat cheesy-cheesy stuff . So made this rice pasta bake. This can be made with left over rice too..This can also be made with tomato sauce/red sauce or white sauce. I made with white sauce.
INGREDIENTS :
Tomatoes :- chopped into quarters 2-3
Spring onions :- 2-3 chopped finely
Onions :- 1 chopped
You can add whatever vegetables available like broccoli,  red capsicum, yellow capsicum,green chillies
For white sauce :-
butter :- 1 teaspoons
Olive oil :- 1 teaspoon
Atta/wheat flour :- /2 cup
Milk :- 1 cup
Water :- as necessary
Garlic :- 10-12 flakes crushed.
Pepper :- 1/2 teaspoon
Olives :- chopped 5-6
Left over rice :- 2 cups
Pasta :- 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese :- to sprinkle on the rice-pasta mixture .
Tomato sauce :- 2 teaspoon
Pasta seasoning (keya) :- 2 teaspoons.
Chilli sauce :-  teaspoons
Salt :- as required
METHOD :-
  1. Boil pasta and keep aside.
  2. Ina pan heat olive oil and butter together and add crushed garlic and fry for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes , and other vegetables and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix wheat flour and milk well and remove any lumps.
  5. Pour this mixture into the pan. Add water if necessary.
  6. Simmer it until the sauce thickens. Add salt.
  7. Now take a baking bowl and add rice and boiled pasta.
  8. Add this white sauce over it. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and pasta seasoning and olives.
  9. Now sprinkle minced mozzarella on the baking and bake at 200 C for 10 minutes or until cheese melts or turns slight brownish
