Potatoes in peanut-red chilly sauce

This I tried on nice saturday evening...when I was completely relaxed. Moral of story : You cook the best when you are completely relaxed :P . The whole time to make this dish was 15 minutes. But it came out really well at the end. It was hot , sour and sweet :D . Basically we had power cut after I made this. So i turned the dinner into wonderful candle light dinner (You can say I had to !!)
INGREDIENTS:-
Potatoes :- cut into round slices ( 2 Big)
Peanuts :- 1 cup
Tomatoes :- 2 chopped
Olive oil :- 2 tablespoon
Honey :- 1-2 teaspoons
Red chillies :- 6-7
Red chilly powder (Optional, if you need more spicy ) :-1 teaspoon
Garlic :- finely chopped (6-7 cloves)
Ginger :- finely chopped ( a small piece)
Corn flour :- 2 teaspoons (mixed in water without any lumps)
Salt :- as required
Soy sauce:- 2 teaspoons
Tomato sauce(optional) :- 1 teaspoon
METHOD :-
  1. Take thinly sliced potatoes and microwave them for 10 min on HIGH till they slightly turn brownish. Keep them aside.
  2. Dry roast peanuts ,red chillies in a pan.
  3. Make them fine powder and keep it aside.
  4. In a pan add 1 table spoon olive oil and finely choppes tomatoes and allow them to cook .
  5. Grind together peanuts-red chillie powder and cooked tomatoes.
  6. In the pan add remaining olive oil , sizzle ginger and garlic in it.
  7. Add finely ground paste of peanut-tomatoes in the pan.
  8. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce,salt,honey to it and mix well.
  9. When it is just about to boil, add corn flour paste and bring it to boil.
  10. Allow it to cook till it becomes thick sauce.
  11. Add potatoes to thick sauce and cook well.
